I find this to be one of the most compelling concrete buildings i have seen. The juxtaposition of the floating end, combined with the immense weight created by the lack of windows and immense concrete makes the building literally poised to tip over. If there was such a thing as capturing the moment before the collapse or the moment before somethings falls, this building could not have captured it better.
